I spent many years going to a Mercedes dealer, paying two or three times what MB charges. This company offers friendly and reasonable service. I would highly recommend them.

I took my car to Northlake with an appointment set. Prior to arrival I explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle my convertible top would not close down. After driving 45 mins there and waiting another 45mins they didn't even bother trying to see if they could close my top. They told me I would have to make another appointment and bring it back to be put on a machine . They didn't have time to do it that day. Not good!!!! I was not happy and was very upset they didn't even attempt to see if they could help. I arrived at MB less than an hour and it didn't take them 5 mins to close my top. With no appointment I really appreciate them taking the time to help me it was going to rain that day and they took the time to close my top. They have earned my business for there time and caring nature to my needs. Thank you for caring enough to help a new customer out!!!! They are repairing my top this week..

I Arrived near closing time on a Saturday, and two other customers ahead of me. They did not have enough time to do a complete diagnostic. But they took my car in anyways. What a heart they have, to work a little overtime for me! They reset the check-engine light for emission-purge-valve at no charge. They are Pet Friendly facility. They have two very obedient pets of their own. OH BTW. . . Female owned shop, so ladies . . . this is one of the few places you can trust getting their recommendations I believe.
