I meet with Tom, to check my car out first and he spent over an hour inspecting and going over the services (some not listed)I inquired about. He was very thorough, professional, and personable. I knew than that I wanted someone with these qualities working on my car. Best decision I made, he did an awesome job on my car l would definitely recommend Tom. Price was very reasonable! Thanks Tom….

I traveled about an hour up the road for this shop after researching numerous BMW mechanics and reading reviews . Once i walked up and started a conversation I knew I could trust Tom with my baby . He went above and beyond advising me on what route to go . My N62 E66 750li runs like new and he worked it out to half what a dealer would charge ! He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond on handling your car . Even washed it after work was completed. My permanent BMW mechanic now! Don’t waste your time with a overpriced dealers , bring it to High Rock Autoworks where your treated like family!

Tom is very friendly, knowledgeable, skilled & honest. He diagnosed my Mercedes (misfire) quickly giving me an accurate estimate using OEM parts. The repairs were completed on time and my E320 has never driven better. I highly recommend High Rock Autoworks and will be a customer for life.

Tom replaced my engine with one I provided and did an excellent job!! He came recommended to me by a friend, and I’m very pleased with the way he first provided me with a comprehensive quote and then notified me of other things that needed attention. I had recently purchased the car and hadn’t noticed places in the tires, including a cut, that required their replacement. He also recommended an alignment due to wear, and it was certainly out of specs. He will be the one I go to for regular maintenance! Thanks Tom!

Very good and quick service. Overhaul of cooling and heating system. Water pump and thermostat had failed on a 17 year old BMW Z4. Replaced hoses, expansion tank, and flushed system twice. Reasonable rates and warranted the work. Highly recommend! Had Tom replace control arm bushings on my 06 BMW Z4, on my 2nd repair. Tom does excellent work in a very quick manner. Car feels and drives much better. Will definitely come here for future repairs. A+

My first experience with Tom was very positive. I took the car in for a transmission service that I didn’t want to do. But Tom has a very nice, small workshop with lifts and all the specialized tools to do most things. In addition, he is very agreeable and personable to deal with. He did a very thorough job with impeccable attention to detail. I couldn’t be more satisfied! I highly recommend taking a Mercedes or BMW to him rather than to the dealership. It will be a satisfying experience and you’ll save some money. A good deal, in fact. I’m planning my next set of preventive maintenances with him now to set my car up to take it to 100,000 miles (I’m at 60,000 now).
