I am new to Wilmington and had to look around to find a mechanic to work on my GLA250. Import Performance was recommended by a neighbor so I gave them a call. They were very polite and professional in my initial conversation and promptly scheduled the appointment. They assessed the job and were able to actually reduce the quote from what they initially gave me. The job was done as promised and at the lower price quoted. The vehicle interior was not messed up or greasy (as I have experienced at other shops - including dealerships!). I inspected their work once I got home and found the job to be well done. I have found my new M-B mechanic shop!

Took my Mercedes to this shop as someone recommended them. The woman at the front counter was rude. They told me I needed about 2 grand worth of work. Brakes, ball joints, etc. I knew I wanted a second opinion. I took it to another garage. They told me all I needed was front brakes. $300. Not the 2 grand the crooks at Import Performance said I needed. Stay away from this outfit. They try and sell you stuff you don't need!
