    I took my 1995 Mercedes SL320 to German Service Center in Landover for an EGR problem. My long time repair shop cleaned the EGR tube 3 times and still did not solve the problem. When I got the car back after their diagnosis, there were other problems needing repair. I was not charged for the diagnosis and the EGR tube and the vacuum tube were cleaned and the Check Engine Light is now off. The owners are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Outstanding experience!!

    Dad, Mom, Brother, Sister in Law and now I have had my Mercedes serviced at the German Service Center. They gave my 320 SLK a clean bill of health after changing the oil, adding loose screws, and securing a loose pan. They also gave me a free lesson on why my retractable roof would not work….User Error ? WONDERFUL SERVICE and we ALL will continue to use this family run business. Highly recommended to anyone that has a new or used Mercedes.

    Now we all know Jimmy

    The company is superb. The owner who is affectionately called "Jimmy" knows Mercedes-Benz like the back of his hand! You can just start telling him the problem and he will finish the sentence for you with the solution! It is a family run business and they are the sweetest, most friendly and efficient car repair and maintenance auto service center that I know. I highly recommend them to every Benz owner! I have been going there since my first Benz (1983) and I wouldn't change for anything! Do yourself a favor and entrust your vehicle to the German Service Center. Be sure to tell them Dr. Fisher sent you! (smile).
