White Oak Auto Service is the best place to take your Mercedes Benz. My baby (C-230) Benz is always well taken care of here in this shop. When you call the shop and want to speak directly to the owner (Rami), he always makes time to talk to his customers.His staff is always pleasant. Also, Rami is always willing to look at your car without an appointment if you have a concern. He will always tell you the truth, what you exactly need.
If a person is cheap, I suggest that you do not get a Benz. A Benz requires you to spent lots of money, because Mercedes-Benz are luxury cars.
You have a customer for life as well.
I called Rami and I needed the A service for my c300, he was able to accommodate my schedule. The staff are very attentive and courteous. The service was efficiently and quickly done. I thought my rear speaker was damaged, but Rami took the time and showed me that was not the case.
I have serviced all my Benzes here with reliable service and reasonable prices. The GLK, C230, and the C300 are very well taken care of.

I have been here numerous times and drive from Bowie and from DC to come. I was referred by a friend who comers here and she was referred by another friend. As a business owner I am a firm believer in referrals. Rami is knows Mercedes and has actually been very good to me on prices (and trust I have compared to dealers and other shops). I trust my E350 here and I haven't had any issues!
White Oak Auto's service is impeccable. I've been twice already, and besides the lower-than-dealer prices on standard service, etc - Rami and crew have never tried to sell me on un-needed repairs. In fact, after informing them about a wobble in one of my wheels - they went above and beyond in explaining to me that the high-priced 'luxury' dealer charged me for 4 new tires, but only put 2 new tires on! White Oak's got my business for as long as I have my Merc.
