    I am extremely satisfied with a recent fix to my bimmer related to the intake airflow issue. They are very professional and fixed it quickly to the max of my satisfaction. They were also very flexible with the time due to my difficult schedule. I also got a surprise $20 discount in my invoice, though it's not much it really made me feel better. I feel that they are doing everything to satisfy their customers. They are the best so I would recommend this shop to my friends or anybody.

If it’s critical to your car’s engine They will let you know if there’s anything that’s deferred.     I brought in my 2011 porsche gt3 for service prior to a track weekend. They squeezed me into their schedule even though I didnt give them much notice. Still they did an awesome job with the alignment and brake flush. Tire wear was very even and no brake fade. NW went above and beyond to do the job right and to make things right. I will be a returning customer!

    My 04 Honda Accord has never felt better. Shout out to Ross, Bob, Zach, and David. Northwest Imports has a tremendous crew at their shop and I would highly recommend going to them for any automotive needs. Tremendous customer service throughout the entire experience. They were never pushy and I quickly learned to trust their instincts regarding what my car needed. Can’t say enough positive things about these guys!
