Super Mercedes service! I was in and out of Eurotech Car Care Center in a very short time. Sales adviser gave me recommendations and let me know about next work that needs to be done without any pressure about when to get it done. Great job!

I highly recommend Eurotech Car Care Center in Killeen. Having a foreign car during a deployment is not ideal. I thought I would have to drive to Austin when my coolant expansion exploded. The staff guided me over the phone to identify what had occurred. Every time I call Eurotech they are efficient, professional and helpful. They have always been willing to help me figure out what is wrong with my Mercedes, even if they will not make money out of the transaction. I recommend them to any female who is apprehensive about dealing with mechanics on their own.

My appointment was scheduled for Thursday 22nd, June. I was running late, although I had called earlier that day to inform of my lateness. The guys at Eurotech Car Care Center care were very understanding and granted me the opportunity to still come by. Brought my vehicle for a B service on my Mercedes-Benz. The paperwork processing was swift and I was also assisted with a ride drive by Eurotech Car Care Center to the bank while they serviced my vehicle. On top of that, I was given a pick up ride when I was done from the bank back to Eurotech after they finished servicing my car. The quality of service is top notch and exemplary of what an auto service business should be. Will bring my Mercedes there any time should I encounter any issues with it! Good job guys!

I've had 2 bad experiences with this shop. The problem is a continual lack of communication within the shop and with me. This made my first visit about 3 weeks without a car as they continually postponed doing anything. The bill was finally about $5,600, so it wasn't a small one. The second visit they had the car for 4 days and did basically nothing and charged me $200.
