  • Chip Vance

    President

Chip has been drawing cars since the age of 8. He started in the car business in 1985 by leasing new automobiles to people with Multilease of Ohio. A career in information technologies contracted to both Ford and General Motors kept the automotive bug alive, joining Auto Assets in 1996 as a service advisor. An interest in Club, Historic and Vintage racing quickly developed Auto Assets into a large operation of “arrive and drive” automobile racing events. In 2001 Chip and Steve Southard drove to an impressive 23rd overall in the Sebring 12 Hours. Chip still competes in a 2000 Porsche GT3R and Lola 97/90 Sports Racer. When not working Chip spends time with his wife Mindee and their daughter Lilly.

Very professional and honest. Gave me an estimate for their "worst case" scenario and only did about 1/2 the work they thought would need to be done. Showed me the old parts, suggested some preventative maintenance we could do the next time. Give them a try. I am very please to find someone honest who repairs cars.
