    Oxford Automotive Westerville is amazing!! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by excellent customer service from Michelle! A very welcoming and bright presence! A very clean facility and lobby!(With good coffee) Oxford did brake service on my wife's CR-V when no other mechanic could figure out the noise issue, The awesome mechanic Matt fixed it for us! Rides smooth now. The inspection process is one of the best there is! Extremely detailed with excellent communication between client and staff. Thank you Michelle, Matt and the Oxford staff! We will be returning for future work! We have found a new home!

    Easy to schedule, I found the business to be very clean and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed the local Westerville books and the old pictures and antiques to look at. It helped make my short wait time a breeze. The employees were all super friendly. They checked out my car- I watched them actually take it out to test drive it and they also rotated my tires. My experience was top notch in my book. Thank you for the great care you gave my car.

    Great service and very clean waiting room! I had my F150 serviced here for an oil change and mentioned my brakes may need service. They performed a full inspection and sent pictures and diagnosis. They stated what needed addressed but were not pushy on trying to sell too much. I ended up having brake pads and rotors replaced all around, for much cheaper than the dealership quoted. When they informed me that they would need my truck overnight, they even offered a loaner car free of charge. Thanks Oxford Automotive!

    Very impressed with these guys. First of all, they can replace a clutch. Not many places left that will do that. Second, they gave me a realistic outlook of spending the money on the repair vs just getting rid of the car. They were upfront and honest and did a great job on the repair. They communicated with me the whole way through and even had a loaner vehicle for me to use. I will be back (hopefully not too soon) and definitely recommend this company.

    Very pleasant experience. The location of this new auto maintenance shop is very convenient for us... within walking distance, really, even though I drove there, of course, and waited on site for them to work on my car. They performed their work very quickly, which I specially requested, because I had somewhere to go right afterwards. The waiting room was spacious, nicely decorated, and perfectly clean.
