Our first priority is making sure your vehicle gets you where you need to go - safely, dependably and if we have anything to say about, with pleasure.

There are 3 of us most days, sometimes four.

When you walk in the door you'll be greeted warmly by one of us. Then we'll talk a bit about your needs, expectations, issues with your car and all the pertinent stuff. Then we'll chat a little about the weather, basketball, food whatever comes up, after all this is about you. We want you to feel comfortable and we want you to feel at home.

Depending on the day either Stan or Joe will be handling your Mercedes-Benz.

Stan started Precision Autowerks of Raleigh in 1984 - folks, that's 31 years of experience in the same place, learning and growing and keeping the bottom line of getting you where you need and want to go without compromise..... You can't beat that kind of dedication and depth of knowledge.

For later model and trickier problems we'll get you and Joe together. Joe, master technician, mentor to up and coming techs and lover of elegant simplicity. He is - and we include this against his better judgement - the 'House' of automobiles. You'll find his frankness refreshing and even better, you'll drive out of our parking lot knowing your car has received the best service in the Triangle.
