    Owner

    Chris Waggoner has over 35 years of experience as a Mercedes-Benz Dealer Master Technician, from 1984 to 2010. In March 2010, Chris opened Silver Star Auto Haus, pursuing his life long passion of owning a shop, along side offering top-notch quality automotive service at an affordable price for Mercedes-Benz. Chris states, "I wanted a location with transparency so customers can view our technicians working on their vehicles and feel free to interact with technicians."

    Mercedes-Benz Master Technician

    Paul recently joined the Silver Star team after 20 years of Mercedes Benz Dealership service. He attended Mercedes Benz Elite training in 2000 and graduated top of his class. At 24 years old, he was promoted to shop foreman in 2005, one of the youngest shop foremen in the nation.

    If you are looking for a straight forward repair, look no further, a great genuine friendly team who know what they are talking about. They replaced the turbo on out Smart, job well done and at a fair price.

    Tech's looked at parts and said they could install killer chiller no problem. After car was at shop for 5 hours i got a TEXT saying they couldn't do the install because they did not have the knowledge.. You can look up killer chiller kits installed on many other Mercedes by private owners and shops... Nice people. Just a high end dealership in disguise, if you need more than an oil change or air filter replacement you should look elsewhere.

    I was referred to this establishment when I purchased my first Benz. The engine sounded "beefy". The guys diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it so the engine purrs. Fair and complete in their recommendations. I will keep going back!

    Great Service! The owner and his staff are knowledgable, and efficient. They noted other issues on my Sprinter and made recommendations for corrections. They have made a new customer, and it doesn't hurt that they offer a loan car while your vehicle is being repaired/serviced. Their prices are not unreasonable. I recommend Silver Star Auto Haus for anyone with a Damiler product needing care.
