I am posting this review many months after my last service because I wanted to ensure there was no immediate emotional response that was harsher than it needed to be. During my last service, a technician accidentally hit the building with my BMW X5. I will give credit that they owned up to it and took my car to a repair shop. There were minor scratches that remained on the vehicle after the repair that took several days to do. I did inquire about a discount on the service as none was mentioned to me. First, I was told “Oh, no. We don’t give discounts”. Then after stating it would be to keep a customer was given a 10% discount, which I found rather offensive. I work in a service industry, myself, and did not feel this was good customer service. I told myself prior to picking up the vehicle that less than a 20% discount would not do to keep me as a customer. I had previously had good experiences with Hans Wittler Automotive, but this left a very bitter taste in my mouth about the group.
