  • I have had them service my Mercedes about three times now, and the service is always great. One time, I thought I needed my brakes changed but they told me I didn't, and gave me all the information I needed. I ended up getting my oil changed instead. They are always honest and do timely work. The prices are very good. I feel very strongly about my Mercedes and I'm very glad I found this place to work on her.

    Hans Whittler has been taking care of my Mercedes for over 20 years. They do the most thorough job, at the most reasonable price. They're honest, friendly, helpful. I trust them with all of my cars.

    I am posting this review many months after my last service because I wanted to ensure there was no immediate emotional response that was harsher than it needed to be. During my last service, a technician accidentally hit the building with my BMW X5. I will give credit that they owned up to it and took my car to a repair shop. There were minor scratches that remained on the vehicle after the repair that took several days to do. I did inquire about a discount on the service as none was mentioned to me. First, I was told “Oh, no. We don’t give discounts”. Then after stating it would be to keep a customer was given a 10% discount, which I found rather offensive. I work in a service industry, myself, and did not feel this was good customer service. I told myself prior to picking up the vehicle that less than a 20% discount would not do to keep me as a customer. I had previously had good experiences with Hans Wittler Automotive, but this left a very bitter taste in my mouth about the group.

    William is a knowledgeable and personable service writer. I dropped off my 911 for a brake check and was given a decent discount because the technician said it was very straight forward and didn't require an in-depth examination. I felt I was treated more than fairly and am quite pleased.

    Hans wittler was awesome ! They fit me in first thing in the morning for an oil change and a safety check on a new-to-me car before i set out on an 18hr 1200 mile trip home. The car was flawless and the trip was amazing. Thanks again guys!

    All the staff and technicians were great. My car was over-heating and they were able to get it in the same day to start diagnostics before a holiday weekend. They found and fixed the issue with one of the cooling fans and fixed a couple other smaller problems I brought up as well and pro-rated the cost because the car had just been at the Wilshire shop a few days before. They give you itemized reports/ estimates through text and call for you to approve or decline and they have a free ride service that helped me out a ton. Great service. Great shop.
