    I visited this place today to learn a little about them.

    I told their service advisor that I just bought a "new" 1983 Mercedes Benz 240D, and, sight unseen, he told me that he was sorry to hear that. Insult my car, insult me.

    I also saw two reviews that said that 1. they were slow to get the car back, and this did not inspire trust, and 2. they "look" for work.

    Not a good feeling about this place.

    Hello, All apologies for your disappointing previous experience. H&M Autohaus is under new management since 2015 and we have a very different attitude. I am a car lover and we are focused on maintaining your vehicle to the highest standards. Incidentally the 240D is one of the most reliable and loved models MB ever made. I hope you still have the car and would consider giving us another try the next time you need service or even just some advice.
