Frank opened the business in 1984 after years of experience with the Mercedes-Benz dealership.
Josh joined the team in 2003 and has since grown into our lead technician.

Star Import Service is the only service center for my Mercedes! We have been taking our three Mercedes to Star Import for years. They are honest, professional and ethical. Prices are very fair, and much cheaper than the dealership. They do business the old fashion way!
Had my turbo go out on 2006 T1N Sprinter, drove it for too long after and thought I did real damage. Star Import Service was able to get it in right away and Josh (their resident Sprinter expert) was able to replace the turbo and give the whole engine a careful look. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. Although I prefer to do my own maintenance, I will not hesitate to bring the truck back here next time something happens above my pay grade. Hard to find a shop that really knows Sprinters.
