James kept my Mercedes ML running smoothly long past its expiration date. My current vehicle had a fuel line issue. I had the dealer "fix" my fuel line (under warranty) and I thought everything was fine. Until I took my vehicle to James for an oil service and he found it during his inspection. He instantly saw that it had been routed incorrectly and chafing against the frame! Long story short it was a fire hazard. James caught it and didn't even charge. The dealer had to fix their huge mistake. These guys do better than the dealership and at a fraction of the price
