    Wow is the word here. Shane, the owner of Eastside European, is super fast at check engine light scans and advice. I left my Mercedes with him and he put me in a free loaner car and 1 hour later a phone call with a very detailed report on what my car needed. I found the prices very reasonable and my old parts were shown to me. I found Shane to be very straight forward and honest which I find is rare in the auto repair business. I will be back. Thank you Shane and crew.

    Had intake manifold linkage repaired. A common GL450 Failure that requires removal of the intake manifold. Car went in with no fault codes. Dash lamp came on with a new fault code on the way home from shop after repair. Shane said it was a new problem, not their fault, code was there before they started working, when I talked with him on the phone. Total bully, what am I stupid? I pulled the code for free at parts store and looked on web to find where dead vacuum sensor was located. As expected it was connected to intake manifold that they had to worked on. Took back to shop and told them they probably missed a vacuum hose. Shane said he would have to charge $100 to scan for the code. Unbelievable. I told him I did it already and where exactly to look. I asked if they had removed the hose to do the work, and he had to admit that they did. In about two minutes he found the hose was broken and replaced it for free. Had I sent my wife, we would have been billed $100s for his mistake. I guy who insists it's my problem before he even looks at something is not getting my business again. His whole attitude was unbelievable. Never going back.

    We have always stood behind our repairs and will continue to do so .

    I found Dana to be aggressive over the phone and nice in person .

    He did give me a map sensor fault code that was pulled by a parts house .

    I personally took a look and found a rotten vacuum supply hose and repaired it quickly no charge for him .

    A Mercedes with 127,000 miles is to be expected .

    A quick hand shake and later only to find a negative review .

    I have always found in this day of age people a so quick to judge and run away than to talk about it .

    I am bit old school and I have always been a straight shooter with my guest and family members .

    I will always admit mistake when it happens when given the opportunity to take a look without being attacked or yelled at .

    All the cars entered into my shop are treated as my own .
