This place, "Best Service and Repair" is the most trustworthy place I have ever taken an automobile to in all of my 55 years of driving and I have been to many in my time.
If you have a Mercedes as I do - you know it will be expensive to have repaired in terms of parts and labor. At Mercedes dealers, they charge 168 dollars just to diagnose just one thing. Here they diagnose all issues for free. The Mercedes dealers charge for labor is around 200 dollars per hour. Here it is only 100. And that's not all; This place uses the same name brand parts as does the Mercedes dealer and they are far, far less expensive here. Including Parts and labor and free diagnoses, we paid about1/3rd what it would have cost to repair our Mercedes here than going to the dealer. We had several issues with our car including one we were unaware of until it was described which turned out to be the battery.
I had asked the Mercedes dealer how much to diagnose just one issue and to repair it. They said, over $1600 with their diagnoses. We had three major issues and that was the cost altogether at Best Service and Repair.
I am very grateful to have found this place.
