The Mercedes Dealer always came up with additional things that need to be done to my car. At the Dealer, an oil-change was never just an oil change. Rodney's pricing is fair and he doesn't sell you on what you don't need. This is a top-notch organization!
Rodney is the best mechanic. I actually bought my car because I knew that he would fix it right the first time. He does a very complete job and is fair on his pricing. I would not by another Mercedes unless he were there to fix it for me. Rodney is very honest. I am usually hard to please. Rodney takes away any concern that you would have about someone fixing something that doesn't need fixing. He doesn't miss issues and also does not cause new ones. The dealership always seemmed to return my car with additional problems. Rodney is awesome.
