I’m so very disappointed and feel like I’ve been treated unfair I brought my car in with three issues dragging when started and check engine light on and car running out of gas completely on third or fourth notice .So I was quoted 4000. So I only had 1000. Went and got a lone to cover the difference so low and behold everything was fixed but I run out of gas in the middle of a intersection with my grandkids in the car in on coming traffic I immediately call y’all and they told me to bring the car back in saying they thought most likely it was fixed cause it didn’t show up on diagnostic so they drain the tank it sure enough they say it ran out but you want me to pay 500 more for something that was supposed to be fixed in the first place I think that not right at all

Very clean facility that took really good care of my Mercedes while I waited. I wish I had thought to bring a book to read, but then I was informed directed to the waiting room. What a wonderfully comfortable room with a big screen TV. It was a nice change from most shop wait rooms. The receptionist knew me by name even though this was the first time I had been in the shop. The service writer was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the recommendations. I will be back to Lone Star Bavarian!

The reception area is neat and clean and the receptionist very plesant. There is also a large dog that greets you that is friendly but a little disarming. The gentleman we dealt with was less than cordial. The amount quoted for the repairs did not include the diagnostic charge which was added to the bill at over $100. When we picked up the car, after repairs, and asked about other services, such as tires, it appeared that we were an annoyance and information was not given with customer service in mind. It appears that repairs were done correctly and without issue.

As the owner I do appreciate feedback, good and/or bad. Good feedback reinforces that we are getting it done right. Bad feedback gives us the ability to see what we are doing wrong and potentially correct those issues. With that said, under the name you have listed here, you are not in our client database, meaning that you are either not a client, or have used a ficticious name. Therefore this post can't be taken seriously by us since we have no way to know if you were actually here and truly had a bad experience. If you were to amend this post and substitute the name used when you dropped your vehicle off(maybe first initial and last name), we might learn something from your experience. Or you can always contact me in private if you don't wish to have your name public.
