    Absolute first class gentleman knowledgeable, very fair, very honest and a pleasure to deal with. These days with automotive shops it’s very common to be nervous that you’re going to get what you pay for the jobs going to be right. Cantlin diagnosed My cars issues, Accurate and fixed it Where it is now perfect. The price was less than I expected and that is a rare situation. You can go there with confidence and you will be very satisfied. A superb Alternative to an absurdly priced Benz dealership.

    No one likes to have their car in the shop, especially when you know how much it's going to hurt your wallet. You own a luxury car, youre going to pay more for service. I've unfortunately been here more than I'd like to mention (and my Amex likes to charge)over the last 3months. The staff is extremely professional and considerate. They always go above and beyond when repairing my car. They're honest and trustworthy with all work that needs to be done and should be done. I've had to just pop in without an appointment twice, they always are able to squeeze me in and offer me a ride home if it would be a long wait.

    Always a pleasure when I have to bring my R500 in. Get your services before 12/31/215-483-2594- they're an Amex small business so you get 2x the points. If you've got to spend the money -at least you get a little benefit!

    Charlie has been servicing my cars for a couple of years now. Our CLK convertible has over 100k miles on it, he was able to tighten up the chassis which eliminated all those little groans and creaks us convertible lovers have in older cars. No one else touches my SL-55 AMG. Every service issue on both cars have been resolved quickly and cheaply. None of that dealer crap of continuing to replace parts until they hit the right one, he performs the proper diagnosis and gets it right the first time.

    Since being recommend to me from a colleague I am much happier than going to the dealership. C.S. Cantlin is high quality, fantastic service at a lower cost. Will never go to the dealer again!

    My 1991 420 SEL was in for major problems. Mr. Cantlin was up front with what needed to be done, explained each repair and cost fully, shopped for best prices on parts, and the car drove so beautifully after I picked it up, I had to call him to tell him. In 15 years of bringing my old girl to a local dealership, this was never the case.

    Don't go their! 8 weeks ago brought our Mercedes to cantilin figuring it was close to us. Spent over $600 for an ignition switch and labor. Brought it back last week because the same clicking noise happened and it would not start again. After bringing it over so they could look at it, they told me we needed a new starter. We refused and said we would pick up our car. They made us pay $111.00 dollars for the "diagnosis". Brought it today to another shop. They checked it and they said we did not need a starter! They told us the ignition switch that was put in only costs $120, so we were charged over $400 for labor. Very bad business people. Would not stand behind part and then tried to rip us off for a starter.

    C.S. Cantlin Mercedes Benz has always done great work on my 2000 C230 Kompressor. Nothing better than solid work at a fair price.
