I live in Seattle, WA, and found a Honda Insight for sale via Cars.com. I called several mechanics around Portland, OR, where the car was being offered for sale. Many were honest in sharing they weren't qualified to assess the integrity of the hybrid system. Nazier and his team at E & A, however, took the job with confidence and aplomb. For a very reasonable price, they drove from their center to the sales center, picked up the auto and later returned it(!), thoroughly inspected it--including an assessment of the body (beyond the contracted mechanical survey), and within hours called me back with a detailed report. From the very start I felt like a valued customer to the entire E & A staff--from the affable ladies who answered my original call, to the impressively knowledgeable Nazier himself. Nazier spoke with me via phone for nearly a half-hour, running down everything he'd found, and divulging his concerns with the auto. Thanks to E & A, I saved myself at least $15,000. Moreover, Nazier offered me a loyal customer discount for future work--fantastic! It's hard to capture in a few sentences the appreciation I feel for E & A's honesty, professionalism, and indomitable dedication to customer service--a frighteningly vanishing art. Having had nearly a dozen autos inspected in the last six months alone--from Honda Insights to Mercedes AMG-SLKs, I'm confident in my judgment that E & A offers the very best overall service likely to be found in the Pacific Northwest, all at an unbeatable price. Now that's superlative value. Do yourself a favor--save the time and effort to find the best, and just head over to E & A Auto Repair, and ask for Nazier. And while you're at it, give a warm hello to Bonnie in the front office.

They are very honest and good customer service thank you E&A My only regret is that I spent the last two years getting ripped off by the local "Audi specialist" before I found Nazier. My wife and I were about to sell our beloved A4 Quattro because we just couldn't afford the service and repairs. I took our car to Nazier based on the reviews here thinking the car needed about $3600 in repairs and scheduled maintenance based on the quotes we got from our previous mechanic. Nazier fixed everything in one day for less than a quarter of the amount we'd been led to believe the repairs would cost by previous mechanics. According to the place we'd been going to since we bought the car two years ago, we needed a new heater core and it was going to cost us $1800. Nazier fixed the heater core that's already in the car (just needed a flush) in about five minutes, and wouldn't even charge me anything for it since it was so quick and easy and he was in there poking around anyway. And if it weren't enough that Nazier and his crew did such a fantastic job at such an amazing price, Nazier ... the last two years getting ripped off by the local "Audi specialist" before I found Nazier. He took time out of his busy day to drive me to school so I wouldn't have to wait for the bus in the cold. I feel like this review is entirely inadequate to express how absolutely wonderful my experience with them was. E & A Auto has us as customers for life, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had researched Mercedes shops after I was burned by the Portland dealer so I knew about E&A. I spilled coffee on the console and that shorted out a module that controlled wipers, windows and transmission - I could only drive in first gear. This was on a rainy Saturday and when I called, Nazier answered (he normally does not work Saturdays) so this was pure luck. I had the car towed there and he saw the problem right away. He also found that a connector to the module had shorted out and was burned. The module was expensive enough but the only thing Mercedes would do is sell him the entire harness. Nazier first tried to find the connector at a wreckers but no luck. Then he took the wires apart and fixed them himself without an extra charge. I can't thank him enough for what he did. He knows his stuff.
