I provide an independent automotive repair facility in Sunbury, OH specializing in Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Owned by a 33 year factory trained technician, I have experience with models from the 1960's through 2015 model year and have the essential tools needed to properly repair your Mercedes-Benz vehicle to original factory specifications. The additional completely new 5000 sq ft facility is complete and will enable your vehicle to be stored indoors during the repair visit. My experience comes from working at both Central Ohio Mercedes-Benz dealerships for over 2 decades as a Master Certified Diagnostic Technician. I am familiar with Mercedes-Benz products spanning many years from the mid 60's through mid 2000 models though the shop's focus is classic Mercedes-Benz. I strive to be the go-to guy for authentic Mercedes-Benz service in Central Ohio.

    I just was talking to Dean and he agreed to check my new, to me, SL out and give me a report on it. I am over the moon that Dean is willing to look and recommend any repairs and service that needs done. I am looking forward to a long term care taker for my 2005 SL.

    I only have one bone to pick with Dean. He won't work on my wife's BMW X-5!

    Seriously, Dean is the best. He is an expert in his craft, shoots straight and is 100% trustworthy.

    I feel fortunate that I found him to maintain my 2007 E550 when we moved back to Columbus after 35 years. I've not had to depend on the two dealers in town.

    I brought the car to Dean with a transmission issue. He was able to diagnose the problem and creatively source repair parts from a different model trans since they no longer make parts for this one. I am fully convinced that if I had taken my car to a trans shop, I would have had to buy a rebuilt or used trans for 3 times the price. This guy is good and fair. Don't look any further.

    This is probably the second review / posting ever. Dean is simply the best independent mercedes benz technician. He is very honest, professional, courteous, and provides the best and most cost-effective service. Dean has been servicing both my mercedes cars for several years now. Consistent, top notch, and unmatched.

    I recently had service on my classic Mercedes at BNZ. All in all very happy with the service. They were able to do tasks and fix things that others seemed not capable or willing to do. Also provided detailed responses and answers to my question in quick time frame. Thanks again.

    Incredible experience at BNZ Automotive! First time took my wife's Mercedes after issues that seemed to be difficult for other shops, not an issue here. Will never use anyone else, so impressed, daughter trading in her Audi for Mercedes-Benz!!

    The experience was incredible. Dean diagnosed my wife's E320 after months of the same issues reoccurring. Repaired everything that was needed and then some. A great experience, will recommend BNZ Automotive to everyone who drives Mercedes-Benz!

    I have been to different Mercedes Benz service locations, but this is the only one that made me feel at home, in terms of explaining to me what needs to be done and at what period. Within the short period that I met Dean my technician, he explained a lot about my car to me and also did a great job in fixing the problem on hand in an efficient manner. I sincerely recommend BNZ Automotive.
