  I'm very upset with Sonny Mehta at S.M Motorsports, he has had my 97' SL600 for over 2 months and has consistently lied to me from day 1. I asked him to fix my suspension, change the engine and tranny mounts, and to repair a leaky valve in my convertible top, he discovered an engine misfire and took it upon himself to work on it. 61 days later, he hasn't done any of what I asked him to do and still hasn't fixed the engine properly. He has had a littany of excuses, most recently that he doesn't have the right software. I was recommended to him by a close friend of mine and don't want to raise a stink with him, but I am at a loss for what to do. He has already tried overcharging me for the tow that I arranged at his suggestion, the tow owner said it would be 75, Sonny quoted me 120.

  I do not recommend him. He's dry, rude, and he will take advantage of you.
