Bay Diagnostic is fully equipped with dealer level equipment, information and original factory parts.     This morning on my way to work, another driver alerted me that my car was leaking gas. I panicked, quickly searched for help, and found Bay Diagnostic—and I’m so glad I did. Drew welcomed me right away, listened carefully, and they checked my car immediately. They quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me exactly what was wrong, explaining it in a way I could understand. They also helped me coordinate next steps with my mechanic and I was able to get the car towed safely. What really stood out was how calm, professional, and thorough they were during a stressful moment. They even offered me coffee while I waited. Even though my car isn’t their specialty, they treated me with care and went out of their way to help. Highly recommend Bay Diagnostic.

    I had the best experience at Bay Diagnostic recently as I took my BMW there to get it diagnosed and repaired due to some issues that i was experiencing. Drew was extremely transparent, reassuring and professional as he explained the entire process ; since he had to contact the company that handled my warranty. The process was painless for me as he took care of everything on his side. The turnaround time to pickup my car was quicker than anticipated. I acquired a rental and only kept it for a short period of time. I definitely appreciate your service!

    Bay Diagnostic has performed several repairs and a DMV inspection for my older Mercedes over the past year. Their mechanics are well qualified to work on complex German cars and have done a great job keeping me on the road (and in diagnosing issues). Nice folks and very competent.

    The owner says I went the “economical way” when I spent $3200 and a “guarantee“ just to recieve my car back with a check engine light. I told them my issue with carbon buildup in the engine and that walnut blasting would fix it and THEY chose to do it “their” way. I needed to pass inspection on my vehicle so instead of fixing the issue, they illegaly passed my car’s inspection to not fix my check engine light. This shop will overcharge you , not fix the problem and than say we can credit towards the next job! I called 1 week trying to get in touch with the owner and was getting run arounds on what the issue can be when I told them from the beginning the issue with my car! They also put a license plate frame on my car(without my permission) trying to advertise their shop!! Beware! (I decided to leave a review 4 months later giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I recently fixed my car at a TRUSTWORTHY shop for only $1100 and told them that walnut blasting would fix my issue and it did!!! This shop just stole $3175 from me and has the aduacity to say “if we can’t fix it, it ain’t broke” . I filed a complaint for illegaly giving my car an inspection sticker when my car failed the emmision test! Be careful of the fake reviews on google because the only thing this shop may be good for is simple jobs such as oil changes and inspections(definitely not engine work)

    Bay Diagnostic is great! Drew and the shop were very helpful when it came to doing a pre purchase inspection and an oil change on my new Benz! Definitely will be going back for anything I need as they are in the SilverRock Network and conveniently around my neighborhood. Thanks guys!

    Cosmetically the cleanest shop in Brooklyn without cleaning you out. A and J Allen and Jordan or a jubilant feeling knowing your foreign car is in the hands of experts and not in your pockets like most dealerships.     My family has used Bay Diagnostics for years for our foreign car repairs. They are fair and honest, dedicated to working quickly and well. They are cheaper than any dealership, and will perform services towards maintaining your warranty. One time, I went to the dealership to see the price for alternator replacement -- needless to say, I opted with Bay Diagnostic instead for the better price!
