Tom is 'da man! My Chrysler Crossfire convertible top stopped going up and down. Not good! Chrysler dealership would not work on it. Yes, you read that correctly. These cars are not easy to fix, not easy to get parts for, etc.
Tom took on the task at hand and systematically went step by step. I got my Crossfire back today and the top works as designed. Spoiler works again and annoying beeping has stopped. If Tom can not fix your Crossfire, nobody can. End of story.
I've been taking my Benz here for a few years and recommend their work, Tom has been great and gets the work done right the first time.
Tom is amazing! I had a wonderful experience at Benz & Beemer. He was honest, took the time to physically show me what was being replaced, he walked me through every step he did to my vehicle. He even allowed me to borrow a car until mine was finished being serviced. I picked up my vehicle and the steering wheel and and drivers seat was wrapped in plastic. I’m so very happy with the mechanic I was to shout it from the roof tops! 5 STARS! He has a yet another customer for LIFE!
