Took a 92 Mercedes SL500 with only 29,000 miles on it to have a quirky electrical issue repaired. Steve did a great job staying in contact with me regarding the diagnosis and told me upfront everything he was doing to figure out the problem and how much it would cost. I have had good experiences with the crew at Turning Wrenches. I bought my car a little over a year ago. As it was almost ten years old, I wanted to have it looked at and evaluated by a crew that knew Mercedes, but not necessarily a dealership crew. When I brought it in the first time I was told about the things that needed to be done sooner rather than later (suspension and tires) and things that were ok at the time but would need to be replaced or repaired in the future (brakes). So I didn’t feel like they were trying to get me to do unnecessary things to my vehicle. I have taken my car to them 3 times since I bought it and have had the same type of experience each time. When my car was finished last week, I was sent a message that I could pay my bill through Text2Pay with my phone. It was a painless experience and all I had to do was go pick up my car after! I will continue taking my vehicle to this shop in the future.
As with any routine oil change, Turning Wrenches performed the work on time and professionally. In addition, they discovered a minor issue that needed attention and provided me options. How many people can say they trust their mechanic? I can!
