Tom Sincissen specializes in Mercedes-Benz only, and was Mercedes factory trained and factory Master Certified. He was the local lead Mercedes- AMG performance technician. In addition to being ASE Master Certified, he also holds an ASE L-1 advanced diagnostics certification. After a 33 year career, including 14 years at the local Mercedes dealership, he opened Luxury Import Specialists in July, 2015 to bring dealership level service and repair at a fair price.

Called Tom for some advice as Mercedes is unable to find the issue after having the car for two weeks (in Canada). Even though there was no way for me to bring him my car he was still very willing to help me out and share his knowledge. In this day and age, that is not something you typically find someone who is willing to help you when there is nothing in it for them! With this information, I will be able to go back to Mercedes and have them look somewhere that they have not thought to do in previous tests.

After going to the stealership in Wichita and being treated like garbage, I found this place and was greatly impressed. Treated very friendly and professionally. Did a fantastic service on my ML350. Will be bring in my my SLK55 AMG. No one else will touch my rides. Only place to go.

Feeling the pain from what I knew was going to be yet another expensive visit to the dealership, I decided to see if there was an alternative in Wichita. I decided to try Luxury Import Specialists and my first (wonderful) surprise was that I was greeted by my original and long time service manager from the dealership - Dave! The service was completed while I waited and I was given options for a door lock repair. Dealers do not give you cost effective options. Their business model is to up-sell and make money with each visit.

Because of the genuine customer focus of Luxury Import Specialists, I saved hundreds of dollars today, and the service was fast, professional and very friendly.

Yes, I will miss having a loaner vehicle while my Mercedes is being serviced....but the cost effectiveness and the customer service more than makes up for it. I will be back.
