    We have been coming here to have our cars serviced for years. The people are always very pleasant and polite and keep us posted as to the progress of our repairs.     They did a great job helping me diagnose and fix my Audi S8 when the check engine light came on as luck would have it, right when I needed to get my emissions test. Everyone there was very nice and explained everything really well. They even took my car to emissions and it passed! I’ll definitely use them again.

    Alex and Mauricio were very professional and pleasant to talk to. I took my wife's 2014 Mercedes C300 for 80k maintenance to flush all the fluids and spark plugs replacement. They used original parts and fluids for a good value compared to Motor Werks dealer. And it was done promptly. I will highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

    I was in town from Indianapolis visiting my parents and looking for a SL class Mercedes. Although he did not have one Alex at Manfred's Import Auto took a few minutes to answer some questions about the vehicle and what i should expect during ownership. I only wish I had a car to bring him as he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!

    While friendly, quick, and cost-effective...spent 10 minutes attempting to convince me my parts, my service records, my standard equipment, and my original window sticker were all fake. Then called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they were wrong, but just the same, that sort of treatment combined with an utter lack of knowledge about MB products really stunned me. I won't be going back.

    This review is not accurate to the service we have provided to Mr Walls. the customer had a impression that his vehicle was a true AMG Mercedes. We just advise the customer that there was no AMG built in 1997. Mr Walls has a 1997 e420 with a sport package, the only AMG Mercedes have a designation of a letter and two numbers after it as in E55, E63, C55, C32, C63 and so on. Mercedes did not build a w210 AMG vehicle until the E55 came out in 1999. Mr Walls brought his vehicle in for a replacement of a window regulator, that we have properly completed the repair the same day. To write a review saying that we do not have good knowledge of Mercedes is completely false. Manfred's Import Auto have been working on Mercedes Benz along with BMW and Audi/Volkswagen since 1986. With over 25000 German vehicles serviced.
