Useless and overpriced service to run diagnostic work. His diagnostic hookup didn’t work and he had a very inexperienced person do a review of the work needed much of it not well written or needed. Avoid this place!

Unique Mercedes is exceptional! They are professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable! My Mercedes runs like new and the pricing was MUCH less than the dealership!

Excellent customer service experience - from inception to completion!

Devon Dawkins, the owner of Unique Mercedes Benz and his staff provide excellent customer service! My 2003 E-320 Mercedes Benz has been in Devon and his team capable care since 2012. My car recently needed a lot of work done! Devon and his team quickly diagnosed and corrected the issues. The pricing and the quality of work provided is second to none! I have over 200,000 miles on my car and it is now riding like a dream! I am extremely particular with my car and all I have is compliments for the car care provided! THANK YOU UNIQUE MERCEDES BENZ.
