  I don’t believe that my words will do justice for the quality of customer service I received from each and every person here. My car broke down at work and I had it towed to True Automotive in Marietta. I called and spoke to Brian to let him know that the car was going to be towed there and what it was doing. The next morning I spoke to Bill (the manager) and he told me he had the car and asked me questions so he fully understood what the car was doing. Bill constantly stayed in touch letting me know what David’s thoughts were and how the testing was going. Bill’s professionalism, and kindness made me feel confident in all the repairs my car needed. Since I was at work when he sent me a link which allowed me to see pictures, and technician notes. I fully understood what was needed and why. When I arrived to check out Emily’s smile lit up the whole room. I felt immediately welcomed. She took care of my payments and made sure I fully understood the bill. My trust has been wholly placed in True Automotive now. They have definitely gained a customer for life!

  Update: The crew and management at True Automotive continue to provide outstanding service and support, I recently had some engine work done at the Marietta location and would like to reaffirm my first review. Again I have to restate - TRUE Automotive's vision to redefine the car repair industry for the better with a more modern, relationship based business model is a success, and in return you have gained another loyal customer. On the race track when you pull into a pit stop you expect to have an A team in the pit box with the knowledge and experience to get you back on the track asap. although I don't require the speed repair over a total and accurate repair it's comforting to know that I can have my repairs done without skipping a beat with constant communication between the crew, management and myself.

  This is my new favorite shop. It's close to the house and the guys there are nice. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and they check up on you to make sure everything is still running fine. I've been taking my car there for a minute now. It's currently 2021 and they are still awesome. One of the advisors Brian went above and beyond to help me out with an emergency as I was heading out of town. Can't recommend them enough.

  These guys are absolutely awesome people. They are transparent and honest about everything they do, and are sometimes even willing to work with you on some things. I had a break job done, but my brake pads were so worn that the brake calipers had locked up and the job ended up being way more than they expected, but the technician was very nice and decided to help me out with the labor cost. "This was the longest brake job I've ever done" he said.
  
  When my timing belt broke on my car, they clearly showed that they want what's in my best interest. With my particular car, the engine would have been cheaper to replace, than replacing the timing belt in the old engine, however they didn't try to milk money out of me...they suggested that I try to get a new car at this point, and I totally agree. Totally loving the patience and honesty that they have shown me.
  
  If they make an accidental mistake, they will tell you and not hide it like other auto shops. I feel like their goal is to be the most honest auto shop ever and be the good apple of the bunch. I always feel very comfortable and friendly, and like family whenever I am there. They are very communicative and don't brush you off if you have questions. You can actually talk to the technicians themselves if you need something explained to you in more detail as well!
  
  I am a web developer, a coder...a mechanic of the website industry, and as such, I am very satisfied with the service and transparency I have received and continue to receive here at True Automotive. Really cool people. Quality service that can be trusted. Honesty and transparency. I highly recommend and would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

  Staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable! Great experience!! Amazing at helping troubleshoot issue over phone before appt and could schedule me soon and efficiently! Checked my tire pressure for me before I left to ease my mind! Will definitely be back!
