Super honest shop. I went in for a clanking sound in my suspension. My vehicle has an extended warranty for the subframe, so I suspected that was the cause. I agreed to a $188 diagnostic fee. They found a socket that was left from previous maintenance (by another shop), and didn't charge me a thing. Hard to find people like that these days.
I haven’t ever written a review to comment on a business I’ve used. Today, I am. MBT of Norcross is exceptional. I have yet to speak with any of the mechanics who don’t know Merc inside and out. I won’t take my 12 year old Merc 350 anywhere else. The receptionist KNOWS these cars and can explain the diagnostics. The mechanics are knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are reasonable given that you’re repairing a luxury automobile.
MBT is the best and most trustworthy shop in all of Georgia for servicing any of your Mercedes needs. I have taken both my Mercedes (E350 coupe and S550 cabriolet) for years and David the owner has always known exactly how to take care of the cars, diagnose any issues accurately, and been honest and fair with the pricing. A Happy Customer! I researched MBT prior to calling and visiting the shop. Upon bringing in the car, David and his team conducted diagnostics to determine the problem and to ensure the issue wasn't just the battery. The issue turned out to be the alternator. MBT quickly made the repair and gave me guidance on some other repairs that would be needed in the future. A great shop providing great service at a value for your money Thanks!
These guys are awesome. I take my Mercedes to them for any issues that may arise. They have gotten it up to 370,000 miles so far! They are experienced, affordable, and stand behind their work. I will not let anyone else touch my car.
