    I had a great experience with Prestige Auto Tech ML, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding service I received from John. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He fixed the driver's side window on my vehicle, which wasn’t functioning properly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before returning it to me. What really stood out was John’s communication throughout the process—he kept me updated every step of the way so I never felt out of the loop. On top of that, he went above and beyond by waiting nearly 30 minutes after the shop had closed so I could pick up my car. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this shop, and especially John, for anyone looking for honest, professional, and top-notch auto service.

    This was my first time using Prestige Auto Tech Miami lakes, but it won't be my last! Both John and Jesus are true professionals. John had an estimate to me within a day, then stayed in touch with me to make sure there were no surprises when I came to pick up my vehicle. He wasn't sure if they could finish the repair within a day so he offered me a loaner, they were able to finish by the end of the day but it was nice to have the vehicle to use for the day. Jesus helped me with the return of the loaner vehicle and picking up my car explaining everything they did and answering any questions that I had. Prestige Auto tech knows how to do it right!     Recently, I had the pleasure of getting my Porsche Cayenne serviced at Prestige Tech, for the first time. I've been to a couple of different foreign dealerships, in the past, and, Prestige has far exceeded them. Excellent Customer Service! The staff was very welcoming upon entering. They are knowledgeable, fair, and, clear about pricing. They didn't try to oversell. They addressed exactly what was needed. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle & I didn't have to wait long. Upon leaving, I received some good freebies that I will be definitely using. I didn't get the free car wash only because I had another appointment to attend. But next time, Definitely! I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

    Wow, I cannot express how satisfied this location makes you feel when you get your car in here. Thank you to John and Raymond for your amazing service! Honestly made me feel like everything was being taken care of. I even got a free Lyft from the mechanic to my house and back! My car came out the shop nice and clean and with a full report on top of the fixes I needed! I cannot recommend this place enough! It might be a bit more expensive but you receive a lot for your buck! Great quality and great service 5 stars all around thanks you guys!
