Could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Jerry's MB Service. My GL had a bad rear SAM module. Jerry worked with me to replace and program the replacement SAM. The GL also had a bad starter which was also replaced, in the end my GL is back up and running. I highly recommend Jerry's MB service they charge 1/2 what the dealer charges and are 2x's as knowledgable.

Experiences with dealerships has been very bad. They didn't even torque my spark plugs correctly. One did put the brake pads on backwards, I don't even know how you can do that.
My experience with Jerry has been exemplary. Very honest and thorough. The honesty part is what you will really appreciate.
