    Owner

    CEO and President, Greg Bunch grew up with a dream to work on Import vehicles while in CA. He became an ASE Certified Master Technician with a specialty in import cars.

    After moving to CO and working in various shops, Greg's dream changed to owning his own shop and did just that in 2001. With a mission to redefine excellence in customer service and automotive repair and maintenance, Aspen Auto Clinic has grown into 6 award-winning locations in the Colorado Front Range Area! All of these locations are owned and operated by Greg Bunch, who still keeps his ASE Master Technician Certifications up-to-date!

    We have European specialists, Asian specialists, and domestic specialists at each of our locations. Our location just southeast of Denver, in Centennial, CO is specifically focused on import vehicles.     One of my front air struts failed and the car was leaning to one side. I was traveling and appreciated them getting me in and out on the same day.

    I tried Aspen because this site 'recommended' them. I was disappointed. I left my car for basic service with request for evaluation of other needed services. No one from Aspen called me for over a week. I called, left a VM, didn't get a call back. Emailed the 'manager,' never got a reply. Called back again, now after 14 days or so and spoke to a person who blamed the tech for not completing the work on time or calling me. Part of the requested service still had not been completed. I kept calling, finally got in touch with Harvey, who seems to be the only person at the Centennial location with a grasp of customer satisfaction, and we moved it to completion, albeit a very costly completion, both in dollars and time wasted.
