My 1st service out of warranty & I wam impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection of my vehicle. My service A was 40% less than the dealer with the same level of quality.

I took my 1993 MBZ 300 TE Station Wagon in for servicing. They told me it would take about a day. A couple hours later they called me to tell me I needed some additional work. They even sent me an email of what was needed (which was great, the dealer doesn't do this). I checked out what they sent me and told them to go ahead. When I went to get my car it had been washed and vacuumed and all the work looked great. They even cleaned the motor! Then they showed me all the parts they replaced (which the dealer has never done). My car ran beautifully. I would recommend Rafi Autotech to anyone with a brain in their heads! I have read all these bad reports about them and I don't believe any of them! I think they are confused with another place. Because this place is the best one I have found! I will be bringing my Mercedes here for now on! Thank you, guys, Robert

I had no idea where to go...all I know is that I was never, ever returning to Santa Monica MBZ, which used, abused and cheated me for 3 years. I called several different places and felt very comfortable with these guys at Rafi Autotech, on the phone. They are friendly, honest, professional, factory trained and all the factory tools and computer scanner, quick and explain everything. My brakes were fixed in less than 24 hours, and my car washed when I picked it up Santa Monica MBZ used to return my car dirtier than I left it!. I am very pleased with the reasonable pricing 25 % less than MBZ dealer. The friendly and quality service I received. Thanks I will be back!
