    I own 3 Mercedes models. Only one of them, my old commute to work C-Class is in the Valley. The other 2, a 2003 E-320 and a 2011 ML350, are at my home in San Diego. They are all serviced at Motor Speed West, however. The combination of expertise, cost effective repairs and honesty is hard to find, and it makes the drive up worthwhile. I don't even bother getting an estimate; I just give them the keys. The shop is always packed, and their only advertising is word of mouth. Ken and Bill have proven that you can be honest, straight and successful. A great role model for any business....
