We provide bumper-to-bumper Mercedes-Benz service and repair from Monday thru Friday between 7:30am to 6:00pm in our 13,000 sq. ft Mercedes-Benz service center.

    I am the father of a daughter who lives near Connie and Dicks near Los Angeles while I live over in St. Louis Missouri. Since my daughter has been out there, Connie and Dicks has done a great job of taking care of her and her 2010 Red Rock Edition Volkswagen Beetle. Anytime we needed any service we schedule it at Connie and Dick's, they give her a loaner car to drive and have her back on the road in short order. Their service is impeccable. Their people are friendly and understanding and I highly recommend them! Five out of five stars for Service, five out of five stars for convenience, and five out of five stars for friendliness!     I went in with squeaky brakes and an irritating rattle, which was on and off. I had expected I would need new brakes for my 2014 car. I got an estimate for a brake and noise inspection. Long story short, my brakes just needed cleaning and adjusting, and eventually the noise was found, and it turned out to be a Gromit and nothing was going to fall off my car! I was extremely happy with the service, the price, how I was treated, and will recommend them to anyone who asks, and even those who don’t!! My invoice was nine pages long detailing everything that was done with color pictures showing the brakes and the measurements that were taken according to the standards for my car. And they even checked tire pressure and wear on tires!

    Honest people who do good work. Yes, they are professionals, but they listen, then talk to you to make sure they truly understand what your car problem. I'm very satisfied with the work performed. I highly recommend Connie and Dick's Auto Service Center.

    My daughter was driving home from college, and her axle snapped in the middle of the street. After towing her car to Connie & Dick’s, we were kept well informed on the progress of her car. The ladies there were very upfront and honest about the required repairs and the cost. And the cost was actually very reasonable. Definitely recommend!!!
