    From start to finish they were concerned, extremely informative, and the service was impeccable! Their service guy, Jonathan, consistently kept us enlightened on our car progress! “Look don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself!” Go to German Auto Tech, all your car needs in the greater Memphis area!

    My car had been to three shops before German Auto Tech. With the patience and expertise of this shop my car is finally working again. They are wonderful. The first shop broke my car, the 2nd shop said take it to the dealer, they charged lot of money got it towed to German Auto and they fixed it.They are the best.

    German Auto Tech are so professional, not only courteous but personable, went out of the way to accommodate me and make my wait comfortable, and most impressive is that the mechanic comes out, shakes hands, will bring you back to show you the issue and help you find the most appropriate solutions to the issues. They treat you as a valued person and customer.

    My experience with German Auto Tech has been a great one. I have been a faithful customer since 1998 and haven’t been disappointed. I always recommend German Auto to all my friends.

    My experience was wonderful. It was more than I expected. Considering that I am a female, I expected that they would try to take advantage of me. It was quite the contrary. I was told to prepare for needing a service, but after inspection, it was determined that the service was unnecessary. Instead of charging me for unnecessary service, they were honest and informed me that I did not need the service. I knew then that I could trust them. Another young lady had referred me, and she told me that they took care of her. She was right. They were also reasonable. I will continue to drive across the state bridge for such outstanding service.
