Since 1985, MARS Automotive has been providing the same quality Mercedes-Benz service and repair in the D.C. Metro area. We are an Authorized BOSCH Service Center located 30 miles outside of our nation's capital. We are a full service automotive repair facility specializing in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, AUDI, VW, MINI, and SMART vehicles. Our mission is to provide a customer satisfaction and great retention by performing a dealership quality repairs and installations at a very reasonable price.

    I have been taking my 1999 Mercedes-Benz Kompressor to MARS Automotive who specializes in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I am more than please to recommend them to any Mercedes owner. Their credentials, knowledge, as well as expertise beats everyone in the whole NOVA, DC, and MD. And do not forget their prices, which are half the price on what the dealerships are asking. Your Mercedes is in good hands with these guys unlike the so called "Mercedes Specialist" who has no proper Mercedes-Benz training through Mercedes. Thank you again guys!

    I must say that MARS Automotive Group is the only place to take your Mercedes to get your proper services and repairs with a very fair price. They are very nice people with lots of experiences from all their Mercedes-Benz factory trained technicians. It's a good feeling that my car is in good hands every time it's in for service. Thank you for all your hard work and honest opinion.

    I have been going to Mars Auto for over three years, and have been more than impressed with their staff's courteous service and expertise. I have a 1999 Mercedes C230 Kompressor and I make sure that no one, but Mars Auto touches my car. Their prices are very fair and honest, and that's all I can ask for from an Automotive shop. Also, I needed a car to go to work, and they were nice enough to loan me his own personal car...where can you find that kind of services nowadays? Save yourself from a lifetime on miseries by going to some other local Mercedes shops who claims that they are experts. These guys are have 15yrs, 26yrs, and over 30 yrs experience from working at a dealership in Arlington, VA.

    Honest and fair...that's all I could I ask for from a Mercedes-Benz repair shop...unlike the stealerships AKA (Dealerships). Very smart and helpful, and they took their time on answering my questions. As a woman, I felt comfortable leaving my 2005 ML500, which MARS Automotive Group did an excellent work on fixing my A/C.

    Mars Automotive did the A and B service for my C300 vehicle. The service is just outstanding. I saved a lot of money. And during conversations, he told a lot of things about taking care of my vehicle. The service was $100 cheaper in both cases than the dealership.

    I took my CLK500 in for service A and came home with great respect for MARS Automotive. This is a new car for me and the mechanic was outstanding in his knowledge and training (probably more than Benz dealers) and went over so many things. I did not have a way home (live somewhat far away) and they took my son and I to a restaurant to have lunch and wait for the car and they came back to pick us up. Service like this in this day and age is remarkable. My experience was one of the best I have ever had and will always return with my car and will recommend MARS to everyone.

    To Victor and staff at MARS Automotive Group, I want to say thank you again for the recent excellent service that you performed on my automobile with a great turnaround time. I appreciated your staff staying let to ensure my vehicle would be ready for the next day. Not only ready but this is the best condition my vehicle has ever been in! The first visit I made to your shop was one of being tired of dealing directly with MB Service Shop and although I was concerned as I was taking my car to an unknown place called "MARS" I was so very pleased with the high quality work and reasonable costs. I am a customer with your company for as long as I have a BENZ. Best to you all and Let's GO Cowboys!

    I have to thank Mars Automotive and his excellent staff on the care that they have done, and shown on my 1998 Mercedes-Benz C280 Sport! The guys at Mars are very very knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave me a ride home all the way to home in Gainesville, VA, which is about 20 miles away from their shop. I saved a lot of money on getting my car serviced and repaired, and their technicians have the same credentials as the Mercedes-Benz dealerships. Even better, they are Mercedes-Benz trained master technicians...like the dealerships, but a lot cheaper! Thank so much for your helps guys!

    MARS Automotive Group has serviced my C 230 Kompressor for over 2 years. Mars and his friendly staff have offered to pick me up/drop me off at work to service my car when warranted. Mars has the lowest prices in the DMV area. I strongly recommend all my friends and others utilize Mars for their Mercedes and other luxury vehicles for service and repairs. I also have my Chevy pickup and Honda Civic serviced with Mars Automotive. I have had many types of service varying from A-B service, Breaks, Electrical and others both in and out of warranty. The service repair prices have been low and the customer service high. Last week after coordinating with Mars, all four new tires were sent to his shop. His staff notified me when they arrived, I brought my C230 in. His staff mounted, balanced and aligned my car in short order. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and how they go out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I go to Mars for the friendly service, low prices and convenience; not for its attractiveness. The dealership in Tysons Corner may look very attractive, however looks can be very deceiving. Both of my experiences involved appointments and a two week wait. Each visit was an absolute nightmare and I vowed never to return. I firmly believe in service over attractive bells and whistles any time. I continue to have all of my vehicles serviced with Mars Automotive Group because of their low prices and commitment to customer service.

    I first went to MARS Automotive because a friend referred me to them. I had my Mercedes-Benz worked on from another so called "Mercedes" shop in the area when my car overheated two years ago. The shop in the area told me that my head gasket was leaking on my 1995 Mercedes-Benz CL500, so I told them to go ahead and fix it. It cost me thousands of dollars to get it fix, but they said it needed to be done...fine. The minute I picked up my car, the car won't not go into reverse, so I asked them about it. Now they tell me that I need a transmission on my car after I had my head gasket replaced! Wow....I was so mad. So I called my friend, and that's when he referred me to MARS Automotive who specializes in Mercedes-Benz cars and they are Master Certified to work on these cars. I told them what happened, and both Mike (25 yrs experience M-Benz), and Mar (15 yrs experience M-benz) who has worked at American Service Center in Arlington, VA for so long....they both said that they have never ever replaced a head gasket on my 1995 Mercedes-Benz CL500 V8 engine. I am going to report this other so called "Mercedes" shop to the Better Business Bureau, and I have talked to my lawyer about the situation already.

    Great customer service with great automotive technicians who are the only Master Certified by Mercedes-Benz located in Manassas, VA who does good work with fair prices. Be careful with some of the shops around DC area who claim themselves as Mercedes-Benz specialist who does not have proper training through Mercedes-Benz. MARS Automotive Group is really good and I trust them with my Mercedes-Benz.

    I went to MARS Automotive because they specialize in Mercedes-Benz and was very impressed with their knowledge on these vehicles. Mar and his technicians are factory-trained Mercedes-Benz techs and was very helpful with my questions. Prices are very reasonable for the same work as the dealerships.
