    Most genuine group of mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I came in with a newly purchased problematic vehicle that had a huge laundry list of problems. These guys took care of all of the issues in a timely manner and provided a complimentary loaner car when it was available. They honor their 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty on all of their work. Despite the continuous heartache my lemon car gave me, they gave me real tangible advice and guidance on my car and did excellent work. They truly care about your car and keep your best interest in mind instead of just throwing parts at your car and leave you with a huge bill that didn’t fix the issue like other mechanics. Very professional, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a reason why there is always top of the line high end cars are always parked in front!! Awesome shop and truly earned the 5 star rating.

    Lucas Automotive did an excellent job on. My vehicle. I was surprised at how careful and detailed they were.My vehicle was completed in a day and that was wonderful. Jason is very professional and courteous and he explained everything to me. Thank you

    My experience at Lucas Auto Care was stellar. My 2014 BMW X1 was taken in for a coolant level sensor malfunction. They took care of my vehicle until the problem was resolved and always kept me posted on the progress. Chris, Ryan, and Jason are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. The shop was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle at no extra charge. If you have a European vehicle I would suggest you check these guys out for your next service need.

    10/10 recommend this place! Immediately felt like this spot has great car service, customer service, and have been in and out timely. Very friendly and always went the extra mile to help me out. They are able to take care of a Mercedes, so I know they can do just about anything! Chris and Ryan have specifically been amazing!!

    Lucas Auto Care is great, they give you a detailed estimate and stick to it and they keep you informed of the status of your car while they work on it. This is the second time i have used them and both times the experience was excellent.

    An amazing place overall, I highly recommend it for anyone who is having trouble finding the right mechanic. Trust me, after having my car broken down and searching for a while to fix it with so many shops in Houston... I found Lucas and they gave me a reasonable price and fixed my car, which none of the others could do. I recommend anyone who has a Mercedes to go here.

    If you want good quality honest service Lucas Auto Care is the place to go. They specialize in luxury cars. I have been going there for a little over three (3) years. They are professional and reliable. I have no problems after receiving maintenance or repair service.

    I've been a customer for 3 years now, and all my service has been great. I have not had to take my car back, ever, after service with Lucas. I've had 2 major services, C & D, my brakes, power steering, and a few other small annoying issues that come with having a car. As long as I have a Mercedes, I will be a customer of this shop.

    I went in to get a tune up on my car. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The staff was very friendly, and the general manager Chris was very informative and honest. I would definitely recommend Lucas Auto Care to my friends.

    It was recommended to me to take my C300 to Lucas Auto Care to get quality service. So I did take my car in for a service A oil change and when I first walked into the show room I was impressed. There was a service manager there to greet me and answer any questions I could think of. I ask how much it would cost and he charged me the price he initially told me. After the service was completed the manager supplied me a list of other things to look out for and that might need attention later on. Oh and I got a free car wash on top of that. Definitely will bring it back for service B.

    I could not have asked for more. As we drove to Houston, we heard a loud clacking noise. I took the car to Lucas Auto Care.. Kirby examined the car and told me that the transmission was shot. I was worried that, as an out-of-towner, I was going to be taken advantage of. After another half hour of looking at the car, Kirby told me that the engine was also leaking oil and that suggested even more problems. At this point, Carmine said that he did not think it was worth repairing the car, that he would not take my money to repair the car, and that he would not charge me for his diagnosis. We had the car towed to a local dealer to get a second opinion. After a half hour , the dealer came to this same conclusion as Kirby (charging us 250 dollars). It would have been easy enough for Kirby to replace the gearbox, charge us a lot of money, and never see us again. But, he gave us an honest assessment.
