I have brought numerous MBs to GR Auto Care over the past 3 years including Mercedes-Benz E-class, G-wagen, S-class and SL models. GR's service has always been very thorough and conscientious, and their technicians go above and beyond to look out for potential issues beyond just the repair at hand. GR is very straightforward in terms of taking time to review needed repairs in advance, and to provide an "after the fact" walk-through of the work done, and inspection of the replaced parts. They use quality parts (not the aftermarket junky parts that you see a lot of shops using, to maximize their profits. They are available on Saturdays (many shops are not open on weekends) and also have accommodated me several times when I've "dropped in" to the shop with minor questions.
GR will give you very honest, personalized service and they do care about customer satisfaction in the "old school" sense of the word. They have built their business over the years the correct way.
Furthermore, GR recently built a greatly expanded, modern facility and has expanded their staff. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate customers, which is increasingly rare in this day and age.
