  • I have had several experiences to use Autoscope and they are fantastic. I have a 2009 C300 and 2014 E350. Before I give you any more detail I want to preface it with I grew up the son of an automotive repair shop owner and mechanic and saw how my dad operated for many years before retiring and they do it the same way.......great customer service, fair price and they have great people from the front desk to the repair areas who treat your car like it is their own. I know in the automotive repair industry it is hard to find someone that you can trust not only to do the work but only charge you for what you need repaired. These guys are the real deal and I trust them with both of my cars. I tried one of those places that sells tires and tries to repair foreign cars and I had slight oil leak on the C300 and they said it would take hours and that they weren't sure if they could do it. I called Autoscope and not only did they do it, but they didn't on a Saturday and the price was substantially lower the tire place trying to repairs and the dealership. I was very pleased. Now, the E350 still under warranty had a bluetooth what I called clarity issue in be able to hear with all phones. 2 Mercedes dealerships tried no less than 6 times to repair and they couldn't and said nothing was wrong. Not true as it was inaudible to hear people. I took it to Autoscope and they took care of the issue and it now works and I can't tell you how grateful and thankful I am as it is now safer for me to use my phone and I can hear without having to guess or ask people to repeat themselves many times or turnoff bluetooth. You can try all of the others, but Autoscope gets it and they are simply the best! Great service for a fair price! You can listen to other people, but remember I am the son of a mechanic and I am extremely picky about who repairs my car and Autoscope is my place. I like them so much that I am going to buy new tires online and have them shipped to them and have them put them on when we need them next. They are 5 stars!

  • When I take my car to Autoscope, I know that they are going to take good care of my car and myself. If they find extra damage they always explain what I need to me and the advise me on whether it is something that can wait. They never try to make me spend more than I need to! As a woman, it's so nice to trust their guidance and advice and know they aren't just trying to increase their pay at my expense!!

  • Autoscope is a great place to bring your car for service. The minute I walked into the door I was greeted by a staff member. Being a first time customer, I wanted to see what the service area looked like. A member walked me to the back and I was amazed on how clean it was. The level of customer service is by far more superior and friendlier then a dealer.

    I will be a continuing customer because of the value for your money at Autoscope.

  • Top notch, white glove service. I've never felt so comfortable getting repairs and service on my car! They took the time to educate and guide me through, without taking me to the cleaners - don't take your luxury vehicle anywhere else!

  • I have an AMG SL55 that was heavily modified by a very respected shop in Chicago when I lived there. The car was also lowered. After it was lowered I had ABC issues that we could never resolve. I met Chris Williams at a DFW Ferrari Club party when I relocated to Dallas and discussed the issue with him. He rectified the issue which also resolved the toe-in that was causing horrible tire wear. HIGHLY recommended.

    I am very pleased with the service at Autoscope European Car Care - Plano, TX. Jim was my service advisor. He was professional, pleasant, helpful and provided exemplary service, a 5-star service rating. My Mercedes was due for maintenance schedule, I googled search for European car care facilities in the area, I found Autoscope has received many positive feedback and high ratings. I decided to take my car to this facility. As I pulled my car up to the front door, I was pleasantly greeted by Jim. I told him the type of service I need for my car. He explained the work his shop would perform and an estimate cost for the service. The estimate was reasonable, so I asked him to schedule an appointment to bring my car to the shop next day. The paperwork was quick, he arranged a shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up. Joel kindly gave me a ride home. He was polite, and pleasant to talk to. Jim gave me a call when my car was ready to be picked up and arranged Francisco to pick me up. Francisco was friendly, and courteous. I asked him about European cars maintenance, he was knowledgeable and passionately shared his knowledge. I was impressed my car was cleaned inside out. Thank you very much to Jim, Joel, and Francisco for your outstanding service. I will definitely bring my car to Autoscope for repairs in the future, I am happy I find a repair shop that I can trust to work on my car. Update: I brought my car in for maintenance schedule two weeks ago (the comment above was last July). Kudos to Jim and staff - Outstanding Service. Jim was caring and patiently explained about the repairs needed to be done logically. I didn't feel pressure at all. Joel and Omar gave me a ride, they were both very nice. Thank you Joel for washing my car. I was happy to see it clean and shine. Will bring my car in for repairs in a few months.

    The Autoscope Plano Team was great. I was able to use the conference room to get work done as my car was being serviced. The neat part, I was actually able to see the mechanic team in action. I asked at one point to inspect the undercarriage of my car while it was on the lift, a team member grab a flash light and said lets go look. I was able to speak with the mechanic in the garage, very friendly and professional gentlemen. The customer service attendant was well inform, professional and friendly (I did not get her name). In closing, the service ended with a car wash, the gentleman did a great job inside and out! I only wish I would have wrote down each name of whom I came in contact with! Autoscope Plano Team, job well done! (note: I have been to this location I think 5 times, its always the same. The facility is kept immaculately clean at all times with great service). Kirk A.     I always bring my cars here for vehicle state inspections. 1st Integrity does a great job of getting you in and out quickly. The staff is also knowledgeable, trustworthy & friendly, mechanics and all. Keep up the good work gentle

    Well...I called and spoke to Rick at Autoscope European Car Repair regarding B service on my 2007 CLS550...he quoted me a price which was $200.00 dollars cheaper than Park Place. When I ask him for his last name...he stated just call me Rick...he said it in a tone that was pleasant. Has anyone had any positive experiences with this company
