  • I have had several experiences to use Autoscope and they are fantastic. I have a 2009 C300 and 2014 E350. Before I give you any more detail I want to preface it with I grew up the son of an automotive repair shop owner and mechanic and saw how my dad operated for many years before retiring and they do it the same way.......great customer service, fair price and they have great people from the front desk to the repair areas who treat your car like it is their own. I know in the automotive repair industry it is hard to find someone that you can trust not only to do the work but only charge you for what you need repaired. These guys are the real deal and I trust them with both of my cars. I tried one of those places that sells tires and tries to repair foreign cars and I had slight oil leak on the C300 and they said it would take hours and that they weren't sure if they could do it. I called Autoscope and not only did they do it, but they didn't on a Saturday and the price was substantially lower the tire place trying to repairs and the dealership. I was very pleased. Now, the E350 still under warranty had a bluetooth what I called clarity issue in be able to hear with all phones. 2 Mercedes dealerships tried no less than 6 times to repair and they couldn't and said nothing was wrong. Not true as it was inaudible to hear people. I took it to Autoscope and they took care of the issue and it now works and I can't tell you how grateful and thankful I am as it is now safer for me to use my phone and I can hear without having to guess or ask people to repeat themselves many times or turnoff bluetooth. You can try all of the others, but Autoscope gets it and they are simply the best! Great service for a fair price! You can listen to other people, but remember I am the son of a mechanic and I am extremely picky about who repairs my car and Autoscope is my place. I like them so much that I am going to buy new tires online and have them shipped to them and have them put them on when we need them next. They are 5 stars!

  • When I take my car to Autoscope, I know that they are going to take good care of my car and myself. If they find extra damage they always explain what I need to me and the advise me on whether it is something that can wait. They never try to make me spend more than I need to! As a woman, it's so nice to trust their guidance and advice and know they aren't just trying to increase their pay at my expense!!

  • Autoscope is a great place to bring your car for service. The minute I walked into the door I was greeted by a staff member. Being a first time customer, I wanted to see what the service area looked like. A member walked me to the back and I was amazed on how clean it was. The level of customer service is by far more superior and friendlier then a dealer.

    I will be a continuing customer because of the value for your money at Autoscope.

  • Top notch, white glove service. I've never felt so comfortable getting repairs and service on my car! They took the time to educate and guide me through, without taking me to the cleaners - don't take your luxury vehicle anywhere else!

  • I have an AMG SL55 that was heavily modified by a very respected shop in Chicago when I lived there. The car was also lowered. After it was lowered I had ABC issues that we could never resolve. I met Chris Williams at a DFW Ferrari Club party when I relocated to Dallas and discussed the issue with him. He rectified the issue which also resolved the toe-in that was causing horrible tire wear. HIGHLY recommended.

    I brought in my M2 for service including tire change around 3 months ago. I allowed some time before posting this review. Starting with the good, the customer service really makes you feel welcomed. They do seem to enjoy working with high performing vehicles and do provide worthy suggestions and recommendations. I’ve had no mechanical nor tire issues. Now the bad, they don’t seem to manage properly. I went to pick up my car cause it was ready but a simple state inspection was missed so I went back home without it (they did compensate by picking up and dropping my car at a later day). One thing that bothered me is that they changed my key battery, but I was never alerted by my car that it was needed. $9 bucks for a new battery that costs a couple cents that wasn’t requested nor needed, no big deal. However, I’ve had issues with the remote start and unlock ever since only to be alerted recently that it needed a battery change. So, what was the point? Overall, they are good and your car is in good hands. For their price though, one shouldn’t be questioning their competency or honesty over a simple key battery.

    Fantastic place and service. Melanie is AMAZING! The customer service here is top notch, with many different options in the metroplex, I am beyond happy I chose to go with Autoscope. Melanie makes things extremely easy, she communicates very quickly and I’m never left wondering about my car - she is absolutely wonderful to work with. The link that says everything about my car’s service with pics and prices is very efficient and thorough. Can’t wait to come back here for all of my future service needs.

    I’d highly recommend Autoscope for anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced! They treat you like you’re an absolute rockstar and go well above and beyond to analyze and equip you with the information you need to make informed decisions on your car. All of their staff are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with and stayed well on top of communication throughout the entire repair process! Will definitely be coming back next time I need any service help for my Audi! Thank you for the free wash and interior cleaning service as well! Nothing like feeling you’re driving your car as it was meant to be!

    Highly recommend Autoscope - they were excellent and efficient in diagnosing and repairing various engine issues on my 428 BMW. Nicole and Jim were highly professional, courteous and friendly, and took the time to fully explain the repairs. Superior service experience in all respects!

    Probably the friendliest place you could ever take your car for service. The staff was so helpful and professional, the office beautiful, and the work meticulous. They spent a ton of time trying to diagnose an engine issue on my car and went above and beyond to help accommodate me during that time, even allowing me to use their loaner vehicle. The staff kept me appraised every step of the way. I can tell they are passionate about the work they do. Best of all, you can sense the genuineness and authenticity of their work ethic. You know you aren’t being taken advantage of, and that you can trust what they are telling you about your vehicle.

    Well...I called and spoke to Rick at Autoscope European Car Repair regarding B service on my 2007 CLS550...he quoted me a price which was $200.00 dollars cheaper than Park Place. When I ask him for his last name...he stated just call me Rick...he said it in a tone that was pleasant. Has anyone had any positive experiences with this company
