    No idea how good he is, spoke to Robert.....or kinda did, guy wouldn't let me finish explaining what i needed before cutting me off to tell me my information was worthless that I was trying to pass on to him. All I needed was a scan but he was not interested, must have made him angry when I asked if I could finish explaining what I needed, so he just said he wasn't interested since the car had modifications. All you Benz enthusiasts beyond stock, don't waste your time here, I have a shop and would never treat a customer with such disdain, if he won't listen to his customers i can't imagine him being very effective.
