    I found Oxford a few months ago while looking for a quality place to get my son's car fixed. From that first phone call to make an appointment, until I picked up my car, everyone I worked with was super courteous and professional. I have since taken all my vehicles to them to be serviced. They only fixed what needed fixing. They never pressured me into trying to fix something else. They also do an excellent job inspecting the car to make sure everything is working properly. I took one of my cars in for an oil change and they found a leak in the power steering line. I realized I have had to add fluid once or twice in the last 2 years. But since it wasn't a huge leak it didn't leave any of the other usual signs. During that time 4 different places preformed oil changes. Not one person found that leak. It was a really small leak but they still found it! They perform the work in a timely manner. They kept me updated constantly through phone calls and texts. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else.

    Was looking for a local shop to service my older VW which can be tricky. Came across Oxford as a shop that serviced VW vehicles. I spoke with Sandra when I called in to see if they were able to take a look at my vehicle. She assured that they had a tech that was experienced and could diagnose and repair the issue. They recommended a Service 1 level inspection which was very thorough and informative. Pictures of other issues found were sent to me and cost estimates were attached as well. The issue diagnosed was explained well and the report was very professional. Communication was great through the whole process. No pressure sales for other recommended items found. Christian was a great point of contact and followed up as well through the process. The shop is a really neat set up and very welcoming. Also they gave me a complimentary ride home day of drop off and Jacob was a pleasure talking with and I could tell he enjoyed working with the team at Oxford. I will be back for future work. My issue was diagnosed and fixed and has been great. They do provide a great warranty with their work which is reassuring. Thanks Oxford!

    Our experience with Oxford Automotive Delaware was excellent. We worked with Sandra, from the Office to Christian, who did the diagnostic tests on our 2011 BMW process. It was done fast and answered all our questions and helped us out as they could. We must admit, I we were a little skeptical at first of past diagnostic testing/repairs done on previous vehicles. Christian was by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work on the car and Sandra calls to discuss the issues/progress of the car. The best part was the team worked the whole entire time which only made experience ever more enjoyable. We recommend their service to anyone who needs their own vehicle to Oxford Automotive.     I LOVED my service at Oxford Automotive! I felt very well taken care of. Scheduling online was quick and easy, and they had plenty of available appointment times that worked for me. The service costs were super reasonable, and the lovely office folks explained where every cent came from. I will absolutely continue going to Oxford Automotive in Delaware for anything I need done or looked at on my car!

    Great place for sure. I don't plan on ever taking my cars anywhere else. They are incredibly detailed in their work. They text and email links with comprehensive findings with pictures of everything they see. All maintenance completed by them is reported to Carfax, that way your entire car's maintenance record can travel with the vehicle if ever sold. If the next owner ever wonders if the 100k mile maintenance was completed, they simply check the VIN. They can quickly see that it was in fact done in Sep 2019 at Oxford Automotive.

    My experience with Oxford Automotive was a delight. I was greeted the moment I entered the building. Sandra was the contact person and we discussed that I was due for brake repair on both axle’s. She was very knowledgeable on the brake repair service. She informed me that I could leave my car and they would drive me home (12 miles) and pick me back up when they were finished. This was a great service. They did a total inspection of my vehicle and sent me the report of what they found by email. I had a ruptured strut (picture included). I told them to fix the struts and “wow” did that make a difference in handling. The brakes were expertly installed also. This is my new auto repair company. AAAAA+++++. Price was very competitive.
