I only allowed JSG to service my '98 E430 when I lived in Charlotte. I found them to be very straight-forward, skilled, and responsive to my needs, and work was always completed when promised. I liked the fact that they would advise of other issues or concerns that they found during their work, which allowed me to consider/budget for future needs. Sadly, I had to sell my car when I moved away, but the buyer got a fine car in fine shape! - Thank you, JSG!

JSG Automotive Has fixed my vehicle multiple times, I was very pleased with there service until today car broke down over holiday weekend called left voicemail stating I was having my vehicle towed there leaving a detail message also relating to the possible concern fuel pump, crankshaft position sensor etc..I received a phone call on 4th of July from Sharon stating that they where not going to fix my vehicle in a very Rude manner and unexpected level of Professionalism!!!

Prices are always fair and the work is pretty good. I would continue going if they had Saturday hours, but its kind of out of my work/home path in the weekday.

JSG is an outstanding Mercedes repair shop with prices far below what dealers charge. I've had my one-owner car serviced and repaired there many times and I have never, not once, come away dissatisfied with either the price or the work. In addition, I've never seen a garage so clean and neat. To me that is a sign that the people who work there take a lot of pride in what they do.

I have 3 Mercedes that I have serviced and repaired here. They have fair prices and explain the repairs that are needed in a way that I can understand.
