Testimonials

  • I have been driving used cars for over 50 yrs and used Mercedes for over 20 yrs. This has saved me a fortune vs new cars. Scott and Chanteau have serviced my cars for more than 20 yrs and I have never had to be towed in and have never had a bad experience with their shop.

  • I am a happy customer, I ask a lot of questions and here's the bottom line about GCA: I have taken my 04 C240 here for 5 years for various interval services. The folks here are "ex-pats" of the Benz dealerships in town. Price-wise, they are extremely competitive, they own their facility, their mechanics are great, they warehouse a lot of the parts on-site for quick turn around service. Service-wise, very friendly, very professional and they will go the extra mile to inspect your car, print up a diagnostic and let you decide what to do. They use high qualty MB and Bosch parts here, you'll have piece of mind that your Benz is being looked after.

My wife and I want to take the opportunity to commend the fine, efficient, and honest work that has been performed on our 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SL by Goose Creek Automotive for the past 11 years when we first purchased the vehicle in December 2010. To say that we have been pleased with their work is an understatement. The best descriptor for their services is that we have been “ecstatic.” The mechanics Scott and Royce have been excellent in providing us with top notch care. Their office manager Chanteau is extremely professional, efficient, and personable. She provides us with all the pertinent details when it comes to our vehicle being serviced.

Unlike other places, that add on other charges upon “discovering” other problems, the staff at Goose Creek are forthright and transparent. Their diagnoses for our car are superb and comprehensive which basically eliminates any surprise add-on fees and expenses. They are very candid with all upfront charges. Goose Creek keeps us abreast of all upcoming maintenance issues and preventative measures that are needed for our 34-year-old vehicle. At all times, when our Benz is serviced, it is safely locked up and kept inside their building. Each time that we have picked up our car from service, it has always been brought back to us cleaned, vacuumed, and shiny.

Much kudos goes out to this fine business. We highly recommend Goose Creek Automotive to any owner of an antique, used, or new foreign car that is looking for a place that will provide the excellent care and service for their vehicle.

Beware: They damaged my Mercedes E350 while there for a general maintenance repair. Offered to repair damage - but, not with professional results. They did not want to run it thru their insurance.
