I'm a little suspicious of these guys... Have had my Benz repaired twice here now and both times the problem that was supposedly repaired has resurfaced within a couple of months. The last time I was there, the unpleasant guy who worked on my car (not Gary) seemed more intent on trying to talk me into selling my car to him than he was in fixing it. When I said I wasn't interested in selling he launched into a list of things the car needed that made it "not worth keeping." Funny HE was so interested in having it. Hmmmmm.... I won't be going back to Gary's.

Great guys, totally honest, can't say enough good about them, I've had benzes for 20 years, wouldn't go anywhere else in Asheville.

Highly recommended Father/Son shop. Purchased my 300D from Todd, and he has performed all the work since. I live 85 miles away, but continue to have all the work done here.
I am concerned; however, since it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone

Gary, and now Todd too, have been my mechanics for almost twenty years. Great diagnosticians, thorough, and thoughtful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The reviews for this business were all positive so I called and left a message for a return call, not just once but twice. I'm not sure if they are still in business and I'm a little turned off when a business can't return my call for service.

Fantastic! What a relief to find honest and knowledgeable mechanics! My Merc was repaired and back on the road within 20 hours of my original call. I wouldn't take my auto anywhere else.
