We are a diverse and professional automotive repair shop servicing the Lake Norman, Huntersville, Charlotte and surrounding areas. We have a combined experience of over 40 years working for various dealerships and independent shops. We have factory equipment and factory training for many of the vehicles that we service.
I took my 1999 E320 Mercedes Wagon to Auto Specialties of Lake Norman after being told by another repair shop of a transmission "leak." Bert checked the car, showed me the transmission, showed me everything under the car, and the tiny tiny "leak" near the transmission is not serious, but does need to be looked at. He also confirmed I do need rear brakes; his quote for those are significantly less then the other place.
As a woman I have had a hard time finding shops that are honest, and don't talk down to me. Bert was direct, informed and showed me what he found under my car. I am returning to him to have the new brakes installed.
