These folks are great. I needed the A service (oil change, fluids, lights, and brakes checked) and a transmission service (fluid and filter) for my 2013 GLK 350. I need to mention, they did not "sell" me the transmission service because I requested it when I called. It's an older car with very low miles, so I suspected that it hadn't been checked before I bought it last year.

It may not have been the least expensive place I could have taken my car but it definitely wasn't "dealership" expensive. Plus, there were only Mercedes on the lot, so they know what they're doing. I'm pretty sure that's all they work on. I think that speaks to their knowledge and reliability.

They got my car back to me earlier than expected and let me know what I need to be ready for down the road as far as repairs/maintenance.

The garage is clean and looks well stocked. In fact, I don't think I've seen a cleaner garage at a dealership. The people are really, really friendly. I enjoyed every conversation I had with everyone there. Honestly, they were the nicest people.

    I highly recommend.

My brake light appeared on my E350 CDI. I took it to F & H. They said it was the front brakes that needed replacing. I gave the go-ahead and they promptly fixed them. However, when they called me to pick up the car, they said they found a few more things wrong....

All belts and hoses needed replacing, the rear brakes needed replacing and there was a massive transmission leak. (Dispite the fact that my car has 92000 miles on it, it is certified pre-owned and purchased only 6 months ago.)

They showed me how the transmission fluid left a trail as they pulled it into the garage.

I explained that my car had not leaked a drop at home and that the car was in excellent condition only 6 months ago. I paid for the front brakes and left.

    You be the judge!
