Six years ago I moved to eastern WA and was concerned with the maintenance of my 2000 MB SLK 230, my baby that I only drive in the summer. I was referred to PDQ by an individual I trusted.
Since I have owned my MB since new I must have confidence in the repair shop. PDQ has taken good care of my MB for 6 years with reasonable prices. I trusted them until recently.
I guess when a business has a monopoly, they don't need customer service for loyal customers.
I have a repair needed on my car that is not mechanical, but needed. I spoke with Cody several times with promises to keep me updated on what he found out on a resolution. Cody never called back and when I called after waiting a week, he always just put me off. I would have appreciated if he would just tell me they were unable to do the job, although I guess because they are the only shop in town for foreign made cars and there is no competition, they don't need customer service.
I am very sad that PDQ has succeeded so well they no longer need my business.
